„We ended up staying elsewhere. After the first room had a large stain on one of the beds, we were moved to a second room and the bed had hair in it. The front desk staff was understanding and tried to accommodate but the housekeeping staff had left for the day. We went to the holiday in express down the street and were able to get a clean room last minute. Not sure if it was just bad luck or if there is an ongoing issue with this Hampton property. Normally Hampton properties are great.“
