Gut: Sauberkeit und Check-in
To be honest, there were a few issues. Although a broken step was fixed, we lost all confidence in using them. We did go upstairs and noted that another step was moving. The guy that replaced the step just used silicone sealant on the cracks. That will not stop them from breaking or moving. The very brief visit we made upstairs, we discovered that the fans for the air conditioning units had been placed on the balcony and were blowing out hot air. For that reason, this is an unusable space. This meant that we stayed downstairs and couldn’t use the balcony. The fridge needs replacing. It’s very old and isn’t very cold. Things were going off very quickly. The sun beds can’t be adjusted because the hooks have all broken off! Easy fix. While we appreciate that the step was fixed, falling through a structural staircase caused distress and a complete loss of confidence in the safety of the staircase. As a result we could not safely access or use the upstairs bedroom or balcony we paid for. Because we lost the use of a considerable amount of space, we are requesting a partial refund of 20%.
