The space
Alta Mare Villa is situated in the southern Zakynthos island among olive groves, providing real tranquility and relaxation. They are surrounded by a big garden with fruit trees, ornamental plants and organic-grown vegetables. Offering Southern Ionian Sea view, Alta Mare Villa combine traditional accommodation with modern amenities. Our villa is suitable for families with children, couples or even companies of people who wish relaxing holidays. Beautiful sandy beaches are only 5 minutes away whilst the access to Vassilikos is very easy from Dionysios Solomos Airport by car or by bus. A wonderful natural environment with olive groves, fruit trees, flowers, private yards and paths, with a breathtaking view!

The maisonette is located on the two upper floors (indepent entrance etc) of a three-storey property and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, with one king size, one queen size and two single beds. There are two bathrooms (one on each floor) and balconies with breath-taking views over the sea and Vasilikos village. The living room and dining area are fully furnished with traditional-vintage furniture and decoration. Its spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer and cooking utensils.

This Maisonette is situated in a private property of unique beauty, with well-kept gardens filled with olive trees, vines, fig trees and rich vegetation.

Waking up in the morning, enjoying your breakfast in the spacious balconies and patios while listening to the bird’s singing, you can then visit the beautiful sandy beaches of Vasilikos which are amongst the best in Zakynthos.

The Alta Mare Maisonette is equipped with:
- Wi-fi internet
- Air-conditioning
- Fly screens on all windows/doors
- Two LCD TVs (+ HDMI cable to connect your laptop if you want to)
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils)
- Washing machine
- Fresh bed linen and towels

In terms of outdoor facilities, feel free to relax day or night sitting on the tables or laying on the hammocks.

Moreover, on the side of the building there is a shared BBQ area with two large outdoor dining tables that you can use whenever you want.

Other things to note
"Flexible" check-in/-out time:
I will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the maisonette for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and it will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the maisonette if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
