Can recommend
Good location but outside the crowds. House from the outside not nice. Inside beautiful. Room wasn’t made but we only stayed two nights and was ok. But for the price would have been an extra. Parking can be tricky. We don’t think to come back to Zadar.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Achtung, nicht täuschen lassen! Die Unterkunft ist im Erdgeschoss eines mehrstöckigen Wohnhauses gelegen, sieht von Außen „nach Nichts“ aus aber die 4 Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, in der Hochsaison mehr als schwierig aber das ist der Preis den man bezahlt um mitten in der Alstadt von Zadar zu wohnen.

Schönes Stadthotel in Strandnähe.
Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal hat alles für uns arrangiert und beschrieben. Die Zimmer komfortabel mit allem schnickschnack. Leider gab es kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm um abends runter zu kommen. Kleinigkeit.

Absolutely perfect!!!
Zadera Accommadation is perfectly located in the old town and close to everything! The rooms are newly renovated and in absolutely perfect condition! And on top of that the service from Inga was fantastic - she gave us all the tips needed for sightseeing, boat renting, beaches, islands, restaurants etc. - arranged a taxi for the apoirt and made a late check out possible! Extremely flexible and all in all an outstanding place and service!!

The location of the property was great. It was well located but still quiet. The room was clean, modern, nice. They don't have a front desk so you have to make an appointment the check-in. You have to be precise about it.

Beautiful room with the perfect location!
Beautiful room with the perfect location! This accommodation is walking distance to everything you need, although parking nearby is difficult. In our room, we had a bathtub in the centre of the room - and I don't usually make time day to day for baths so thought I'd take the opportunity. Be warned that it takes so long to fill even just 1/3 that it's not worth it. However everything else about the room was just perfect. Air con, spacious, comfortable bed, blackout windows, quiet, with storage space and all you'd need such as coffee, hair dryer and a nice bathroom. Our host was welcoming and let us check-in early. There's also a shared kitchen space should you want to prep food. Highly recommend!

Good quiet location in the old town
We were in room 1 which was a very nice and spacious room set within the old town with less than a five minute walk to the sea organ and less than a minute walk to the start of all the shops, bars, restaurants and sites. Although close to the start of the local amenities, this is a very quiet area with a small garden and church opposite. Kolovare beach is about a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious, very clean, lovely modern decor and very comfortable. The king size bed was also very comfortable. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room along with a fridge with two small bottles of complimentary water. There is an iron and ironing board and plenty of hanging and cupboard space for clothes etc. The bathroom is a good size complimentary toiletries, a walk in shower and plenty of space for your own toiletries. The main entrance door to the rooms brings you into a very modern decorated area with a sofa and shared kitchenette. The rooms are along a bright corridor from this.

The best accommodation I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this accomodation for anyone visiting Zadar, Old Town.

Great location and quieter area of the old town. Good value price and had everything we needed including the air con when got weather. Electric shutters and heavy lined curtains making the room dark even when middle of the day if wanting a break. Had coffee maker, kettle, urning board and iron, safe, fridge, blanket if you wanted it, duvet which is nice with air con on, we were happy with it Service / check in was fine - just let us in and gave us the keys (limited English but all info needed in app and ‘rental guide’) Large lump under flooring in room 3 near entrance to bathroom and this room being nearer to front door meant we did hear other guests walking past at night or early in the morning which was a little disturbing, but otherwise very quiet Would be happy to stay again

beautifully designed room, very stylish. location was fantastic! literally a couple of minutes walk to everything. Inga the owner was incredibly kind and concerned that we enjoyed everything in the town at the best time. we drove there and parking was easy to find in the next street and pay for at a meter. This is not a hotel. it's a room with shared kitchen. own bathroom though and feels very fancy. you are given your own keys to get in and out of the building and room. Zadar was lovely and this accommodation was in the perfect to appreciate the sunset next to the sea organ. would recommend

아파트먼트 숙소였는데 호텔급으로 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 바다오르간이 있는 해변이랑 가까워서 일몰보고 들어오기도 좋고 주인분도 친절하셨습니다. 개인적으로 크로아티아에서 가장 만족했던 숙소였습니다. 버스터미널에서는 좀 오래걸어와야하긴 하지만 숙소에서 올드타운이랑 바다가 가까워서 지내는 동안은 편했습니다.
