It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. Cute backyard area with tables and games to play. 2 downsides... 1) Neighbors were out front every night playing loud music and there are nearby railroad tracks. 2) We took our car to campus early, tailgated/went to game, thinking we didn't want to walk back to the house late at night.
