„Sauber und vor allem ruhig und nicht weit von der Kagoshima Chuo Station entfernt. Zimmer Service gab es nicht. Allerdings hing jeden Morgen eine frische Handtuch-Garnitur samt Müllbeuteln an der Tür. Hätte man an der Rezeption definitiv noch klären können. Tolles Zimmer und der beheizte Spiegel im Bad war schon der Knaller. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel und sehr guter Zimmerpreis. Werde ich das nächste Mal wieder buchen“

„The staff was friendly and the check in process smooth. The train station is right across the street but there is no noise from the trains. All the shopping you'd want is attached to the train station shopping center. The trams are also right next to the hotel if you want to go on the Sakurajima Ferry. The bed was comfortable and the view really nice from the 12th floor.“

„Hotel ist zentral im Viertel Tenmonkan angesiedelt, so dass man viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten hat. Vom Straßenlärm habe ich trotz der Lage nichts mitbekommen und es war eine Wohltat endlich mal ein Hotelzimmer zu haben, wo man das Fenster öffnen kann. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber ist in gutem Zustand und sauber. Was mich sehr angenehm überrascht hatte war die Auswahl an Annehmlichkeiten, die es gab und von denen man frei wählen konnte.
