„Wonderful property, perfect for a week-long team retreat with 15 guests. Plenty of space to spread out and also areas to come together as a group. The local Samson Waters property management team (Marina and Jair) is super responsive and immediately addressed all requests. They also made several recommendations for us including activities, a caterer (Chef Ceci is awesome!), and baby furniture rental company. Great overall stay and experience!“

The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. The wind can be very loud in some of the rooms. The kitchen was large, lovely and easy to use, pots were good, lots of tupperwear, knives adequate and lots of cutlery, but not a lot of mixing bowls etc. and not well stocked with food basics. „Wonderful place to relax. Quite a long way from the town centre so you will need a car. A joy to just step out onto the beach every morning and the pool was lovely and cool in the afternoon. Comfy beds, good kitchen and bathroom facilities. No washing machine so you will have to use the laundries in Chelem. 2 weeks went by far too quickly!“

„We had an excellent stay at Grand Chelem with our two families. Alvaro was always available for any questions or concerns we had. The house is very new and well apointed with tons of space for all of us. Almost every thing we needed was available or was quickly brought to us. Having a car at this location is a must as it is pretty secluded. The town of Chelem is not far but has limited resources. Progresso is about 30 minutes away and is where you will find the best grocery stores and ...
