„I have stayed in various properties on the Lake over the last few years. This was BY FAR the best one. Everything in the description is accurate or better. Impeccably clean, every you need, nice linens, plenty of towels, equipped kitchen, beautiful fenced back yard with fire pit. „Great location with a very nice remodel of an old home. Kitchen and bedrooms are very nice. Back yard is a great outdoor gathering place, even though it was too cold for that during our stay. People with mobility issues should be aware there are some step downs, as this is one of the older original houses (I used to walk by this house in the early '60's, and it wasn't a new house then.). The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a great stay and I would stay here again!“

„We only stayed one night and it was very comfortable. It is a tiny home as describe. This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nevada City....very short drive and very quite location. Host was very helpful and right next door.“

„Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!“
