„There was an electricity cut for two hours. The management decided to send the whole kitchen staff home, although at 6pm power came back. That left us with no warm meal in the evening in the middle of nowhere. Worst thing : not even the kitchen manager stayed to give an explanation. We got a compensation but that is not the way you manage things in a 5 start establishment.

„Our stay at Soumah wines was literally a little piece of heaven on earth. Feel so very fortunate to have stayed there. Just stunning. Everything was amazing. The villa, the views, the wines. Went for lunch on the Sunday too and it was delicious and the staff just wonderful. Made us feel so welcome. I really cannot recommend Soumah wines enough. It was devine from start to end. The park itself is around 3 Km outside Healesville on the road to Badgers creek and not far from the sanctuary. The only negative point (these times...): no WiFi coverage.“

"The staff was always friendly. The service was better than in a normal hotel. But i have one critic point. The late checkout is a yoke. Only 2-3 hours longer with a fee. If the flight at home is late in the evening there is no possibility to stay until the evening . I would pay a bit higher fee but then you have to make a full day booking. Thats bad. Good is that one can use the store for luggage until you drive to the airport."

"Neben dem Hotel wurde ein Gebäude abgerissen und dem entsprechend arbeiteten auch 3-4 Bagger mit Spitzhammer volles rohr. Zum ausschlafen war es leider nicht möglich, denn der Baulärm hielt dich dementsprechend in der früh davon ab. Sonst war der Rest gut."
