We booked weeks ahead. Shortly before arrival, she wrote that I should cancel because they dont have any rooms available. I didnt see the message, as we were on our way to the hotel. Upon arrival, she asked us for additional (~25 USD), or she would not give us the room (so there were rooms available)...
