Exclusive luxury villa located in Residencial Casas Blancas, Yaiza, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the south of Lanzarote. Accommodating up to six guests, the property stands out for its spacious and bright interiors, tasteful décor and pleasant outdoor areas featuring a private heated swimming pool and sun terrace.

Arranged over two floors, the villa offers a spacious separate living and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender and extractor fan.

The villa has three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a private chill-out terrace with outdoor furniture and a desk. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small furnished garden, while the third is equipped with two single beds. The property also has two modern bathrooms with showers.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated swimming pool, a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and comfortable garden furniture, perfect for making the most of Lanzarote’s pleasant climate.

The villa also offers a Smart TV, high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and private parking. It is located in a peaceful, well-connected area, close to beaches, restaurants and some of the island’s main natural and tourist attractions. A UNIDE supermarket is also just a five-minute walk away.

Although the property offers certain accessible features, including some areas on one level and a shower with grab rails, it has not been specifically adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The villa is arranged over two floors connected by stairs.

For safety reasons and due to the layout of the property, the villa is not suitable for babies and/or children.

Pool maintenance is carried out every Friday.
