„The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.“

„Overall, we had a pleasant stay :) The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful, always doing their best to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. However, I believe the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved, especially in the bathrooms, considering the hotel’s 5-star rating.

„The hotel was rated *five stars*, but it felt more like a three or at most four-star property. The incorrect rating raises expectations higher than what is ultimately met.“
