„Super schönes Haus! Mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Alles vorhanden was man braucht, und vieles mehr! Toller Außenbereich, gepflegter Pool, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, tolle Loungemöbel! Lage ist ruhig und doch nicht weit von Agia Napa und vielen wunderschönen Stränden entfernt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! „I loved the house. It was clean and tidy and looked just as described. We liked that it was so close to the airport and within easy access of the main road so was a great base. My only issues were the proximity to the road and the fact that the balcony was overlooked. There was some traffic noise and we had to keep the blinds closed in the bedroom. Overall I was happy and would stay again.“

„With only a 3 minute walk to the beach at Polyxenia and the coastal path which stretches from Kalamies to Fig Tree Bay, Villa Teleia offers the perfect spot for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a nice shaded outside area with pool. John and Jill were very quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.“

„The house is located in the hills about a 4 min drive from the beach. The area is extremely quiet so our kids could party all they wanted without a complaint. The 4 bedrooms downstairs have onsuite bathrooms and everything is newly renovated. The upstairs 2 bedrooms are really small. These bedrooms are in the loft so ceiling is low and sloped, no closet space at all, stuffy rooms with extremely cheap beds. The beds were an embarrassment to my guests who had to sleep there. „Property was clean and well equipped, pool is great good size. Walking distance to a nice beach and restaurants, short drive to fig tree bay and Protaras etc. Host Costas was very pleasant and helpful throughout and left us some nice ideas of things to do in the areas. „This villa was absolutely perfect for 4 adults (a couple and 2 friends). It is in a quiet complex which feels safe and relaxed. The accommodation is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The pool, although small, is brilliant for cooling off in and has the sun on it from around 12-3pm (September). The host was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend.“

„Very clean and super cool house. no matter how hot it got the house was always nice a cool compared to other villas I have previously rented in Kaparis. „Den Aufenhalt haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht dem was man auf dem Bildern sieht. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und macht den Eindruck das es auch viel vom Vermieter selbst benutzt wird. Im großen und ganzen war alles ordentlich. Lediglich findet man auch hier, wie in so vielen Ferienwohnungen das Problem das scharfe Messer Mangelware sind. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt auf Zypern auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.“
