- This is 4-Bedrooms Beachfront private Pool Villa, located in wonderful Hồ Tràm Sanctuary Beach Resort, with a private beach, just about 2,5 hours drives from Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
- Land area: 500m2, private pool
- 4 double bedrooms (queen size) with 3 en suite bathrooms and the 4th Bedroom use bathroom outside.
- The master bedroom has an additional large balcony. Downstairs there is a open plan kitchen/living room with folding glass doors that completely open on to the pool, beachfront.
- Accommodation is 8 adults + 4 children under 11 y.o.
- Kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking, BBQ activities are allowed in the villa. Guests need to bring some special seasonings for special dishes
- Kayaks,gym, tennis court, volleyball are available for you to use (free of charge)
-Jetski service is available upon request (with charge)
- There is a children’s playground in the resort (free of charge).
- The villa’s garage can accommodate 1car but there are other parking spaces within the resort for additional cars.
- Fresh seafood is available 200m away from the resort.
- Restaurants/food shops are about 200m away from the resort.
- Hamptons Pier is 3km away from the resort.
- The casino, entertainment center, and cinema at The Grand Hotel, Golf Bluffs are 1km away from the resort.
- Tropicana Park of Novaworld Ho Tram is 15km away from the resort.
- Binh Chau primeval forest is about 25km away from the resort.
- Breakfast is not included in the room price but can be ordered (with a charge) at the resort’s restaurant.
- If you need a maid to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or help you with day-to-day chores during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange it for you at an additional charge.
- Pets are allowed in the villa, but please keep the villa clean from them and make sure no damages may caused by pets. If not it may be charged for the damages.
- Transportation from Ho Chi Minh airport to the villa (or return) can be provided upon request with a 16-seat or 7-seat car at a reasonable cost.

-Daily cleaning service is included for booking from/above 2 nights (not included washing dishes, cooking, shopping, laundry services. The surcharge will be applied for these extra services).
-Accommodation for this villa is 8 adults with 04 children from 0 to 11 years old. Ifyou have more than this number, please let us know in advance, then the surcharge may be applied.
- Party more than the number of guests confirmed in the villa is not allowed. If you have party more than the number of guests confirmed, please let us know in advance.
- Noise is not allowed from/after 22:00pm
-Karaoke, playing loud music outside the villa with speakers and amplifiers without closing the door ARE NOT ALLOWED. Only singing and listening to the music are allowed inside the villa and all doors are closed. All activities should be stopped at 22:00 pm.
