Overall very good stay. Only problem; not only for this hotel in China, is the sound proof of rooms as you always hear noises from the alley or next rooms.

With regard to the carpet problem you gave us, we have completed the renovation of wood flooring in most rooms. Due to the recent high occupancy rate, there will still be some guests staying in carpeted rooms. Please rest assured that all rooms are strictly cleaned and disinfected. If you would like to have a better experience, you can also give us feedback during your stay and we will be happy to change your room for you. For breakfast, the hotel has been offering a la carte meals with Western and Chinese categories since its opening, including on the booking website. There are also plenty of local breakfasts to try nearby. Of course, we will also absorb the opinions of all parties, and strive to do better, looking forward to your visit again!

Staff seemed more into the Bistro side rather than hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable. Deco slightly drab, black and dark grey also as need to get to 2nd.floor to book in can be difficult

Very kind and helpful staffs, some can speak English. It is around 10 minutes walk from nearest Nanshaomen subway station. We used taxi 2 times and each time their staff helps us wave for a taxi. In front of hotel there is a bus stop which is convenient and cost only CNY1-2. The room is clean and spacious with android tv, wifi and bottled water included. Thanks again for your people hospitality.

I'm glad you like my new hotel. I have been trying to do more to get full marks from every guest. Inside, there are air purifiers, humidifiers, oversized flat-screen televisions, bluetooth speakers, kreuzer mattresses and cashmere carpets. Ahe is a small four star web celebrity punch-in designer hotel. We are glad that you like our service and design. We provide free exquisite afternoon tea, hand-brewed coffee, welcome fruit, free laundromat and free parking for all guests. All rooms are equipped with imported "kimkell" mattress, air purifier, humidifier, bluetooth speaker, 55-inch flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, etc. The design team of xiaohe comes from Shanghai. At the same time set a large area of suite products, more suitable for family living. Need to remind is: my home yue big bed/double bed is included free car pick up. If you need to pick up other rooms, you can contact us to make an appointment after booking.

Far more than expected
It was an amazing experience! Unlimited mineral water, free afternoon tea, perfect design, high-tech equipment and facilities in the room. I also found a refrigerator that I thought I didn't have before I checked in. My family and I like the new four-star hotel very much. Very good!

We bring 3 kids and 3 seniors check in. The elevator at second floor. We need carry luggage use the stairs go there and road narrow. The kid fall down. So bad. First night our room air conditioner not working. In room temperature is 100 F. Call the front desk they send somebody but can’t fix it and no room to change. We need open the door let hall way cold air in. Even I sitting a chair and sleep in the hall way. Feel so bad again. There management bad. Look like no service training. Also breakfast area look bad too. Food come so slow. Everyone waiting for food . Need more people to help. We will not recommend people to go here again.

staff cannot find my booking, back and forth take 30 mins. deposit cannot use VISA card. room is new and clean but don't have refrigerator. smell of the paint is too strong that's why they have an air refresher machine.
