Mittendrin statt nur dabei
Voll in der City das Hotel, normales gehobenes Hotel in China, qualitative Verarbeitung der Zimmer im Hinblick auf die verarbeiteten Materialien wie Marmor im Bad USW. Nicht besonders gut. Sehr gut ist die VIP Lounge Abends mit der happy Time, Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein, hinter dem Fernseher 1 cm Staub, unter die Betten wollte ich dann erst gar nicht mehr schauen. Das Hotel legt einen ein fruechtekorb ins Zimmer, eigentlich sehr gut, nur wenn man sich einen Apfel mit dem bereit gelegten Messer geschnitten hat wird das am nächsten Tag ohne sauber zu machen wieder in den Korb gelegt,nicht gerade 5 Sterne würdig. Essen fand ich gar nicht gut, in der Bolognese waren Adern vom Fleisch, das Fleisch im Bürger ist eine Katastrophe. Hotel war grundsätzlich ok, aber nicht zu vergleichen mit deutschen 5 Sterne Hotels, eher mit 3-4 Sterne Hotels, für den Preis hätte es besser sein müssen.

My family stayed at the Hilton in Xiamen for a relaxing holiday. We chose this location because it was a western hotel also because of the pool. Unfortunately a few incidents can make a hotel stay unpleasant despite the nice facilities. One evening we went to the pool and were told by the staff that our swimwear was not appropriate for the pool. We were wearing western style board shorts. We were very frustrated with the language barrier and being told to change. We went back to the room and called the manager. Apparently earlier another customer complained because these were not customary swimwear in pools. Other people were wearing similar swimwear at the time. The manager's solution was for us to wear the speedo type swimwear that they sold at the desk. Other customers were not wearing this swimwear. We felt singled out and annoyed. The management was not helpful with a resolution.

Great location, very convenient to get around. Service is as good as what you will expected to get from Hilton. This property was rebranded from Crowne plaza to Hilton, facilities and decoration might be a bit outdated already. And toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn which normally adopted by Doubletree. Despite of those, still a good choice if you want to stay in this area.

It was too loud. I could hear cars beeping all night. The first night for no given reason and with no notice the room service kitchen closed at 10. The third night room service was open but of the entire menu they only had Caesar Salad or Spaghetti. And the spaghetti was cold and bland.

It's only 8 minutes from the Xiamen railway station, and within 20 minutes ride from the airport, exhibition center and famous scenic spots in the island. At the same time, the hotel is directly connected with the Paragon Shopping mall. Leisure,catering and entertainment facilities are comprehensive, which is a good choice for your business and leisure travel.
