#8 Violating house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without refund.
#9 You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are not satisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in case of rule violation.
#10 If rule violations lead to having to discount or reimburse the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting expenses.
#11 Any violation of the rules by the guest may result in eviction from the property.
#12 PETS ALLOWED BETWEEN 3KG AND 10KG IN WEIGHT ONLY.
