Orlowo - Masurian SPA House

Orłowo 31 is a charming, over 100‑year‑old house in Masuria with a soul, perfect for those who truly want to unwind. Here you can relax in the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, and start your mornings with coffee on the terrace overlooking the lush Masurian greenery. Inside, a cosy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and as many as five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Nearby you will find Masurian lakes ideal for swimming and kayaking, as well as the forests of the Borecka Forest for walks and bike trips, where you can also spot European bison.



The Space:

Orłowo 31 is a Masurian house from 1910, created for relaxing close to nature. It offers guests 5 bedrooms, a cosy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On the property you will find an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, as well as a fire pit and plenty of space for spending time together. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, making it an ideal place for a family getaway or a trip with friends, surrounded by Masurian lakes and the forests of the Borecka Forest.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house with a private terrace, as well as access to the garden and the area around the property. There is free parking available on site. Guests can also use the fire pit, barbecue, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that the sauna, heating the pool and hot tub are available at an additional cost.

- pool heating up to 25°C (mid-May–September): 150 PLN / day,

- dry sauna: 250 PLN / session per group,

- outdoor hot tub: 250 PLN / session per group,

- pet stay: 250 PLN / stay,

- bachelorette party organization: additional fee of 800 PLN



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the peaceful Masurian village of Orłowo near Wydminy, surrounded by lakes and forests. In the area, it is worth visiting the Borecka Forest with the bison enclosure in Wolisko (about 10 km), where you can see these majestic animals. Great ideas for trips include Wydminy on Lake Wydmińskie (about 15 km) and Giżycko, the sailing capital of Masuria, located around 35 km away.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get here is by car, and there is free parking available on site. Additionally, you can also park your car on the plot located opposite the house.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on site and also on the plot located opposite the house. The use of the sauna and hot tub incurs an additional fee. Pets are welcome for an extra charge, but they are not allowed on the furniture. Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from using confetti and fireworks on the property. Guests are kindly requested not to use dishes near the pool. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The house is old so it may creak.



Interaction with Guests:

The hosts do not live on site, the house is exclusively for guests’ use, and a local caretaker looks after the property, hands over the keys and shows you around the house.
