„The Appartement was good but the check in was terrible. Check in time was at 15:00 but I have got the code to the Appartement after 16:00 via mail. The mail ended up in the spam folder. So I did not get any notification. And did not check the spam folder. We arrived at 22:00 at the Appartement and could not contact anyone.
