„We went back and forth about booking due to the reviews and I’m so glad we just went ahead and booked. It’s definitely a good old northern cabin on the lake, outdated, and some spider webs. But, the lake was nice, nice dock, fire pit cozy, beds were comfy and we had a great time! Would definitely rebook if we find ourselves in the area again.“

„Very easy to check in and out. Communication was great. Having the water toys on site was awesome - saved us from having to bring our own. Nice clean little lake. Loved the golf course being so close. Neighbors were a little closer than we expected based on pictures, but everyone was nice. Cabin size was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. „We had a blast at the cabin! The location was awesome. It was super quiet. We took full advantage of the Lily Pad, and had a lot of fun on the pontoon. We spotted swans, loons, and 2 eagles right outside the windows of the cabin. We highly recommend two restaurants, McGregor Baking Company for delicious treats and sandwiches/salads, and The Craft House for anything on the menu. There were plenty of games and books for young kids, and paper/markers for creating artworks.“

We visited the county fair, Moose Lake State Park and the fire museum. The road leading to the house was ideal for agate hunting and we even saw deer early in the morning!
