*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Travel Cots & High Chairs
Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.
*Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £103 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
