Die App für den Self-Check-In hat auf meinem Handy leider nicht funktioniert, der Gastgeber hat uns aber innerhalb von 2 Minuten aber bestens helfen können!Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr schnell, unkompliziert und hat durch Höflichkeit geglänzt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!“

On the doorstep of such beautiful places to visit. Jonathan was a top host both in greeting us and showing us around, and being so flexible with our requests. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. „I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but ...

The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. „We had an excellent week at the Shoreline Hideaway visiting family and exploring the south coast. Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. There is easy access to the beach via a lane just across the road and a nice walk to the Perch restaurant. The property was clean and is well equipped. "Charmante Unterkunft direkt am West Beach von Brighton. Das Hotel wirkt recht alt (die Fassade wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes teils saniert), ist aber dennoch sehr sauber und bekommt hierdurch ihren Charme (knarzende Dielenböden etc.). Die Einrichtung ist einfach, jedoch ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Die Perfekte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Besuch in Brighton! "

"Personal, egal ob Reception, Frühstücksbuffet Restaurant, Bar, und Reinigungsfrau wirklich top. Könnte nicht besser sein. Alles sehr sauber ruhig und angenehm. Zimmer und Bad, geräumig und sauber. Wasser, Tee und Kekse kostenlos. Die Lage ist super, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich habe nur 3 Sachen zu bemängeln. 1. Es fehlt die Klo Bürste. Das darf in einem Hotel nicht fehlen, ist ein NoGo. 2. Die Kissen sind zu hoch. Es stehen Mehrere zur Verfügung aber alle gleich hoch. Für ein Kind unmöglich darauf zu schlafen. 3. Zum Frühstück fehlt Brot. Es hat weder Brötchen noch Brot zum Schneiden. Es hat nur Croissont und Toastbrot. Es ist generell sehr englisch ausgerichtet. Wenig Obst, wenig Käse, wenig Aufschnitt. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr Auswahl"
