The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. Ian was very friendly, nice and happy. the room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic. in 2 minutes you can walk to the beach and in less than 20 minutes walk in the city. The 'seven sisters' are very easy to reach by public transport and it takes just 1 hour to get to london. gladly again!“

„Everything was nicely prepared, very clean and with highest standard. It is possible to stop in the yard of the city hall next to the house, to unload/load the car, as there is a backdoor to the kitchen. Parking space was not a problem in the roads around. We had never more than 3 minutes walk. The communication was also perfect and very fast and helpful.“

Das kommt hauptsächlich von den sehr kleinen Handwaschbecken und dem WC unter dem Dach in einer beengten Stelle. Hier und da wären kleine Schönheitsreparaturen nötig (Abfluss von Waschbecken war u.a. verstopft und wir mussten es selbst beheben) und es wäre auch schön gewesen die passende Nespressomaschine zu den Kapseln zu haben.
