„Hübsches, kleines Häuschen in der Nature. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ansich in guter Lage. Mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Der nächste Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto 5 min weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca.10 min. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.“

„Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Strasse. Die Zufahrtsbeschreibung war etwas verwirrend, da ein teil der Strasse durch ein permanents Tor gesperrt ist. ein Nachbar gab Auskunft, wie das Haus zu erreichen wäre. Die Beschreibung zum Finden des Schlüsselsafes war ebenfalls nicht korrekt, wir haben lange an der Rückseite des Hauses (wie beschrieben) gesucht, jedoch befindet sich die Schlüsselbox vorne im Vorraum. Der Pflegezustand des Hauses und des Grundstücks ist eher mittelmässig. Da ...

„The property was immaculate, well equipped with helpful and friendly owners on site. The rear of the property had picnic tables available in a good garden , plus access to a grass field where we and our grand children could play games. The downside of the location was the busy main road in front of the property - a hazard for small children. „We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.“

„Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked ...
