I had to contact the hosts to get the key code and access arrangements, as up until mid afternoon the day before, I had not heard anything. Although the wifi code and password was included in the message with the key code, when we arrived at Coneygree I could not access my messages because there was no wifi. Suggest that the code and password be left at the accommodation. We had problems with the radiator in the bedroom not working, likewise the bathroom towel rail. Having lived in Worcester for many years, and now live in Suffolk, we regularly visit Worcester, and would have loved to find somewhere we could stay on these visits, however Coneygree is not the place for us. Also when trying to find a contact point the day before travel, I found it very difficult to find any contact details for the host, Vrbo or Expedia. By pure chance I came across a message box for the host, which then allowed me to contact him, but it was not easy. I think this needs addressing. I look forward to your comments regarding these matters.
