„The room was gorgeous and in general, the location was perfect, very central and down by the river. But if you are a solo traveller and early riser, spending the evening in the room was made a bit sour because of the very loud music from the hotel restaurant, even through the closed window. Also, the WiFi was totally unreliable, which was annoying. “

„Room to a high standard and hotel was well presented. Bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Main disappointment was the staff. Reception staff were robotic and unengaging. Most staff we encountered failed to engage and did not acknowledge our presence. Bar staff were young and inexperienced, hard to get their attention. Great hotel but staff let it down , not sure if we stay again.“
