On the first floor is a sociable and well equipped living/kitchen/dining space with a quirky reading room, and the modern bathroom whilst, on the second floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with a king and twin beds.

FIRST FLOOR
An entrance on the Thoroughfare opens to the alley leading to the front door, exclusively for your accommodation, which opens onto the stairs. There’s space to leave your coats before ascending to the first floor landing, where the 2nd staircase continues to the bedrooms. The 2nd set of stairs are relatively steep, carpeted, and have a handrail to steady you.

LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING SPACE
Enjoy relaxing with family and friends in this spacious light and airy living space which has been cleverly designed to provide everything you’d need for a memorable holiday or short break.
The well-equipped kitchen has a central island with bar stools so guests perch for breakfast whilst chatting to the ‘chef’, and there’s a circular table with four chairs for dining. Units wrap around one corner, housing an electric oven with four ring hob and extractor, a large fridge/freezer (5 shelves and a veg drawer in the fridge and three deep drawers in the freezer), a dishwasher, a L/Or coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
Beside the traditional mullioned windows is an L shaped velvet sofa and coffee table, positioned so you can watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV with Neflix, Sky channels etc. or choose from the LP library and enjoy some music.
READING NOOK
Sit back and enjoy a good book under the skylight in the quirky reading nook for those who are happy to climb the 3ft access.
BATHROOM
A quality modern bathroom with a bath to one side, a decent sized shower cubicle with a hand-held shower, a WC, wash basin, heated towel rail (towels are provided for all guests), and natural light through the skylight.
UTILITY ROOM
Conveniently off the landing with a washing machine, extra space for your belongings if needed, and a drying rack.

You can see the glorious St Mary's church over the rooftops in this back bedroom which is furnished with sturdy twin beds and bedside drawers.
