Zimmer viel zu dunkel, zu laut in der Nacht!
Als wir unser Zimmer bezogen hatten, kam jemand, um das WC zu reparieren, was nicht sogleich gelang. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Wir haben mehrere Zimmer gesehen, sie sind alle sehr dunkel, man muss immer das Licht andrehen. Die Küche hat genau Utensilien für 2 Personen, dafür eine Waschmaschine, die man abends halb leer laufen lässt, damit man am Morgen wieder Geschirr hat. Das ist einfach nicht vereinbar mit Energiesparen und Umweltschutz! Da es nur ein Geschirrwaschmaschinentab gibt, muss man das Morgengeschirr von Hand abwaschen! Das Bett ist ein Queensize, zu weich und zu schmal! Es gobt nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Da der Bau äusserst ringhörig ist, schliesst man die Schlafzimmertüre, dann schläft man in einem Backofen.

We loved our stay at The Belmore Apartments. Spacious apartment with great facilities. We did a load of washing then walked up town to shop, have a happy hour drink and dinner, then easy walk back. Quiet and easy parking, we accessed the rear corridor entry to our apartment. The well equipped kitchen was appreciated. Comfortable, luxurious bedding made for excellent sleeping and the large bathroom with walk in shower was great. Check out convenient via back door to load luggage in the car, then leave room card in secure safe box. Too easy. Would definitely be back!

UOWに通う娘に、日本から荷物を届け、大学生活の様子を見るためにウーロンゴンに行きました。 料理と洗濯をしたかったのと、費用面からこちらのアパートメントホテルを選びました。 部屋は1人には広く、とても静かで良かったです。娘が居たのでフロントでの質問を自分でする事はありませんでしたが、調理器具や洗濯機の使い方などで色々と助けていただきました。 わずか2泊でしたが、娘のリクエストの料理を作り、洗濯もしてあげられて、日本から訪ねて行った意味があったと考える事ができました。 またウーロンゴンを訪れる時にはぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

Not short on action! When we arrived an ambulance was onsite with a paramedic team. Soon after check-in three Police vehicles turned up and as they couldn't access the building (reception operates limited hours) to speak to some occupants they knocked on our kids bedroom window and asked to access the property through our room. The property was clean but it is very dated and it wasn't cheap to stay there. Out of our holiday in Australia, this was our least favorite property and we were glad to leave to get some sleep (the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on around you). On the plus side the staff we did interact with were super friendly.

Spacious and good location
Spacious room with nice balcony and comfy bed. We were upstairs at the back so a long walk and stairs to access. Great location, the roller door to the neighbouring apartments was right across from our balcony and noisy with the door open.

Great stay with partner and family friend in a two bedroom apartment. Spacious suite for 3 pax, clean and well-maintained. Easy parking and a short walk to dining along the cove. Highly recommended.

A spacious apartment with all amenities. It was clean, bed was very comfortable and service very friendly and accommodating. I left behind an item in my room and they contacted us straight away.

Check in and check out were a breeze. The apartment allocated to us in this second time stay has not been refurbished. The edges of bathroom cabinets and door frame are chipped. And there was no coffee table in the apartment. We saw one in the next apartment. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are in the apt.

V. Comfortable.
We loved the location. We had a room on the driveway side with garbage truck service first thing one morning. Not the best. Room was spacious and clean and plenty of property parking available. Would recommend.

Always guaranteed a great stay at The Belmore Apartments. Staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment is always nice and clean. Good parking and you can walk to the beach or into Wollongong CBD.
