House is walking distance of the main store, coffee shop, and bar without taking away from the peacefullness having deer hang out in the yard provides. I would say if you have little tikes, plan on bringing a gate for the stairs and putting some stuff up to make it a bit more kid friendly. But all and all, it worked great for us. “
