Welcome to your home away from home in the fabulous Wisconsin Dells! Everything you need to make a memorable vacation is at your fingertips. Three excellent golf courses exist around the Dells, including the lovely course at Chula Vista Resort. Not even a mile north of the resort is a marina where you can rent pontoon boats or jet skis to ride on the Wisconsin River! The downtown area is just a short drive away, where you can discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. Don't forget to sample Wisconsin's famous cheese curds!

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home as you sit on the plush furniture, curl up by the grand stone fireplace, or watch a movie on the TV above the mantle. Prepare grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Best of all, a luxurious jetted hot tub is available near the sitting area, where you can enjoy the view of the resort. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you stay at the Wisconsin Dells!

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands, which include the spa, pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Indoor waterpark passes are NOT AVAILABLE. INCLUDED: Outdoor pools in front of and behind the RIO CONDOS (seasonal).

Keep in mind that we only manage the room, not the resort itself, meaning our staff is not on the property at all times.

If you need to cancel, please contact the entity that you booked your reservation through to cancel your booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
