Modernes kleines Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Verkehrsgünstig gelegen und nah am Zentrum.Obwohl an Straße gelegen hörten wir nichts von den Autos.Super Betten.Preis Leistung für Windsor sehr gut mit Frühstück. Alles hell und freundlich.Keine kleinen Seifen.Shampoo etc, dafür Seifen und Duschgelspender.Super😊Rezeption war jederzeit besetzt und very friendly. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir wieder das HolidaY Inn wählen. ☺☺☺☺☺

Nice overnight stay hotel in Windsor
Gut zur Motorway und Innenstadt gelegen mit eigenem Parkhaus. Sehr freundliches Personal und großes Zimmer. Gutes Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis. Vom Frühstück sollte man allerdings nicht zuviel erwarten.

Schlecht geschlafen
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Leider wurde uns nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett -schmal- gegeben, was uns doch sehr enttäuscht hat. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig,so dass man schnell an allen Sehenswürdikeiten ist.

They are currently renovating this hotel (March 2024) and we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Pros: - very comfy bed with choice of firm or soft pillows - cruelty free and vegan shower gel, soap and shampoo in the room - good blackout curtains and very quiet location meant I slept well - new room is well designed. There's a hairdryer and iron/ironing board in the room, a small open wardrobe to hang clothes and kettle with teas etc. Lovely bathroom with excellent shower. - breakfast had a small but good range, including vegan hot and cold options. Cons: - the lift had broken on the Wednesday before we checked in on Saturday. Nobody attempted to contact me which meant we had to walk up to the 3rd floor (4th if you consider ground 1st floor) each time we went to our room. Unfortunately this was quite difficult for my elderly mother and pregnant friend. It would have been totally inaccessible for a wheelchair user. When we raised it with reception we didnt even get an apology from the man on reception. Overall a good hotel with a short walk to the center of Windsor, castle etc.

Disappointing initially
Was given a disabled access room at the furthest end of the hotel where the heating did not work and the toilet had urine in. The room appeared not to have been used for a while as it was dusty. The reception team were apologetic and moved us to another room which was far more acceptable

Very happy that we chose to stay here. Clean and comfortable with super staff. Ideally located just a 15 minute interesting walk from the Castle. Reasonably priced parking too.

Reasonable hotel in good location.
Generally good and close to Windsor town, about 10 minute walk. Room was adequate but small. There were no drawers so we left everything in our case. Fortunately only there for a few days. Breakfast was very good. plenty of variety. Biggest bugbear was having to pay £13 per night for car parking.

It was freezing in our room (room1) we did speak to the reception and it wasn’t really sorted properly. It was so warm in the reception area we couldn’t work out why our room was so cold.

Easy Access to Windsor
This is great hotel with easy access walking into the castle and town centre of Windsor. The staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with a really nice bathroom too. Nice bar/breakfast area and the breakfast was great too. Would definitely book to come here again

Overall o.k
Good location for walking into town. Very clean and tidy. Negatives were an uncomfortable bed, being kept awake early in the morning by their linen delivery van and for some reason no option of fried eggs for breakfast. Also beware that the hotel charges £13 per night to park your car.
