„The house was fantastic. Close to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort and a cute one street town. Peter and Lara had both wood burning stoves going for us when we arrived. The house is wonderful with a fun separate hang out place for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Hot tub with wonderful views. All the firewood you could ever need. We will be back for sure!“

Also, we were unable to use the hot tub because the chemicals were very overpowering. It was kind of a bummer not being able to use those amenities but otherwise we had a very nice stay.“

From the high-quality dishes to the beautiful design, sauna, outdoor space and fenced-in backyard, it was a great vacation for all of us, including the dog. They were working on the barn during our stay but management was very responsive and the workers were so nice. We can't wait to see what they turn the barn into! „Our family was attending a wedding at Hunter Mtn Resort. The rental was perfect for our weekend. The location was great,beautiful trail across the street and the wooded lot was peaceful. Wish we had stayed and extra day to enjoy the many restaurants and little towns.“

„The Chapel at Upland was the perfect 2-day getaway for me and my two teenage children! We wanted something tucked away but that also had a pool. The added bonus was the tennis court. Both the pool and tennis court are new and well-tended. Our dog was able to roam the property and get her own little vacation too. The house is cute, good for 4 people. The host, Lisa, is super friendly and helpful. 5 stars!“

The house is well-appointed from a furnishings standpoint, with a couple of quirks and age spots, but nothing major for distractions.
