„We should have booked for longer! What a beautiful, spacious, well-maintained property. The design details are gorgeous, so much thought has gone into the space. We enjoyed our time there immensely. Ruth was a fabulous and response host and we wanted for nothing. Local amenities (supermarkets, petrol station, takeaways) were great, we really should have spent longer! Die Inhaberin war sehr bemüht, uns alles zu zeigen und unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen - insbesondere, dass extra ein Baby-Bett organisiert wurde auf unsere vorsichtige Anfrage im Vorhinein hin: richtig gut! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden es jederzeit empfehlen.“

„A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay“

„This is a very modern and clean cottage within 20 minute drive of Bath. The cottage is near the very picturesque town of Corsham which has shopping and restaurants. We ate at the Indian restaurant near the cottage. It was packed and the food was very good. The proprietors live next door so they are available for any questions. “

„Hooks Farm Cottages are located on a working diary farm. The accommodation is excellent with plenty of amenities. The owners are very friendly and there is plenty to see within a short drive. Though the M4 is within viewing distance from the front of the property there is no road noise at all. Excellent. “

„Recommend the property unreservedly but suggest you book directly through cottages.com as that is where Vrbo will throw you anyway. The Vrbo system was a massive let down and caused a great deal of stress with confirmation of the booking. Give them a wide berth but enjoy thi ssuper property if you can.“

„We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. “

" The rooms themselves are okay. Unfortunately, one of the double beds squeaked, which always woke up our daughter at the slightest movement. It is very inconvenient to spend the night there with suitcases or possibly a wheelchair as there are many stairs leading to the individual rooms. Therefore, before booking, you should check whether there is a room available that wheelchair users can access. The view of the river is beautiful. The walk to the city center isn't far either.
