„Carlos was extremely communicative and answered any questions I had before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to park our two cars, one with a trailer attached, without any issues. The neighborhood was quiet. We ate breakfast at Larema Coffee House in the morning which we would highly recommend. It was a perfect stopping point on our way to the Outer Banks! Thank you!“

„This was my 3rd time staying at this property. Necho is very easy to work with and makes the check-in process easy. Plenty of space in this historic property, designated bathroom for each bedroom. We will be staying there again in the future for sure. “

„Very spacious home. Beds are comfortable and linens are clean. Numerous common areas available with TVs, games, activities, etc. Kitchen has limited prep space and the expected “let’s see what we have to work with” set of equipment. I can never fault the owner for not stocking the kitchen with every possible tool… they have the necessities. Home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot at end of a cul de sac and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. FYI: three bedrooms (the queen, double bunk beds ...

„I stayed here for a work trip. It was more space than I needed!, and I appreciated the clean and comfortable place to rest! For future guests, or future time visiting I would appreciate some napkins or paper towels for eating a meal in the home. Thank you for an easy process and inviting place to rest.“

„The property lived up to our expectations. The online information was spot on. It was CLEAN, well stocked, and organized. The one fault was the lawn needed some love and care. I would stay again and recommend to others.“

„Wonderful couple, it was a pleasure on both sides to interact with - extremely warm and accommodating, Manny is an excellent cook who needs to open a pizzeria, having offered two slices from his masterwork upon our arrival - hitting the spot in a fantastic way.
