The camera at the front door is inside and pointed in to the house which was very uncomfortable. Reggie was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a very nice place.“

„We stayed for the roots picnic music festival and the property was beautiful located in a beautiful neighborhood. My one feedback is there is a missing pullout bed in on of the rooms. Otherwise the accommodations were great!“

„Sophie's house was fantastic. It was comfortable, located on a historic street, in the best historic part of Philadelphia. It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!“

„The place was well decorated with high end appliances and furnishings. However, it was lacking a few basic amenities. There was no iron, only 3 face clothes (for a place that sleeps 7) and only 1/3 a roll of papertowel. It appeared to be clean but there was a lot of hair in the bathrooms and an ant problem. My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option.
