„The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water! “

„Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. “

„We had a wonderful stay in Exuma and we will be back. The property is as advertised. Stunning views of the water and islands/cays in the distance! Fantastic sunsets! Unfortunately for us, we had several days of rain. Having the kayaks and paddleboards were a boon. Husband and brother-in-law took them to the blue hole nearby. “

„Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town.
