For someone who frequents Hilton properties and was looking forward to staying here to celebrate a birthday, this stay was extremely underwhelming. From the lackluster hospitality, the poorly cleaned room, non functioning amenities, the list goes on.
As a whole, my husband and I were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we were met with a room that had stained carpet, dusty surfaces, and a safe that did not work. In addition, the customer service here seemed to be the least of the staff’s concerns. As very few members of the staff were friendly. The majority of the exchanges we had with the employees were unpleasant, one of them even hissed their teeth at my husband and I when we were getting off of the elevator. Another major issue was the room/turn down service. On our third day, we requested housekeeping to come and clean, change sheets, and fresh towels. The hotel advertises that you can request housekeeping up until 4:30pm, so we did so around 1:30 pm as we had missed the early morning cleaners. Imagine our surprise when we made it back to the room (after being out for most of the day) to find that not an ounce of the room had been cleaned, no sheets changed, and dirty plates of food left behind… but they managed to leave new towels in the bathroom. Unbelievable!
We rarely ordered food from room service but when we did, it would take a minimum of two hours just for them to tell us what we originally ordered was not available. The final straw was trash bags
