„The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. „Das Appartement war schon etwas veraltet. Zudem hatten wir einige Spinnen (ca.10 Stk.) in den Zimmern. Sowas dürfte eigentlich nicht vorkommen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten wurde das Appartement nicht gemacht. Das Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen, konnte aber für 50 Euro pro Tag für 4 Personen dazu gebucht werden, was sich gelohnt hat. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch im Major Colgan Irish Pub gleich nebenan. Die Umgebung im Killarney National Park ist sehr schön.“

„Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. “
