„Wir hatten einen tollen Empfang in der Unterkunft! Der öffentliche Bereich hat uns einen tollen Abend beschert und wir haben Billiard gespielt und Musik gehört. Das Familienzimmer ist groß und gleicht eher einer großen Wohnung, als „nur“ einem Zimmer. Der Allegheny National Forest ist schnell erreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.“

„Hunt's Run Hideaway is a lovely place. It's in an area with dark skies (bortle 2 to astronomy folks) and has a nice creek running by the yard. We enjoyed walking in the creek and sitting on rocks. There were a pair of kingfisher birds that were present every time we went down there. We also saw red-tail hawks and a bald eagle (thanks for having bird identification books in the house). The house is in a valley, so we didn't see stars down to the horizon from the yard, but there were places ...

„Ray was wonderful to work with. The cabin is large and easy to get to. We enjoyed the fire pit, playing games at the table and looking qt the family history of the hunting camp. “

The price is the absolute best! The beds are firm but we appreciate there are several beds and rooms for a family to travel and stay together. My great grand daughter was so excited because she could investigate everything. The air conditioner was on so the house was cool . Which was great. The one and only issue, was not having a good supply of bath towels, kitchen towelsAnd wash clothes. We found that you having work done throughout the house. It was great and we all had comfortable sleep ...

„This is what I call getting away. My family had a great week from early morning hot tub soaks to family feuds over playing Uno and Monopoly! We only got one clear night in the star gazing field and the moon was a bit to bright but it was still beautiful. The property is clean and well stocked with just about everything you could need! We will definitely be back!“
