„The location is very nice, next to the beach. There is quite a lot of traffic during the day which is an issue since the road is right next to the house and the insulation is quite poor. It took a while to figure out things like wifi, using the shower, how the central heating works etc because sadly there were no instructions. Some of the towels were very dirty. Also there was no soap, shampoo or hand wash. Outside the kitchen door there was a broken piece of plastic which made a lot of noise ...

„What a house! This was simply great for a group of 10 person ( or families- couples- whatever! ) we had no couples- and the sleeping arrangements were great. Una rang me about bed arrangements beforehand and that in Germany to check what we needed/ 10 points! Una was in London when we were there but I hope to meet her sometime.I’m definitely going back! „The location is perfect for exploring Bray. We were able to enjoy the harbour bar, and Martello. The house was extremely well equipped, clean and tidy. It was also comfy and welcoming. Nikki was a great host and could not do enough for us. Well worth a visit“
