„High quality stay, food was good, service was excellent, staff were fantastic we had an issue with the electrics going off but that was resolved in 5 minutes no problem, room was brilliant the only thing missing in the room I would say was a mini fridge for personal use would be good but everything else was perfect. “

sowie Schränke etwas wenig. Das Bad besitzt eine Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg die als Dusche mitbenutzt wird. Für ältere Reisende etwas beschwerlich.“

„Lovely hotel unfortunately we stayed on the hottest day of the year so the room was very hot. The hotel is lovely and air conditioned but the rooms outside aren't but they did provide a fan. All staff were really nice and friendly and the breakfast was lovely. We would definately return of in the area.“

The shower is an in-bath type and we would really have found a couple of handrails very useful. One as you get in and one next to the shower. Other than that it was a perfect stay. “

"Leider ist dieses Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Fahrstühle langsam, Armaturen, Teppiche etc abgenutzt. Es ist außerdem an einer sehr lauten Straße.
Obwohl es sich auch um ein Konferenz- und Business Hotel handeln soll, gab es keine Möglichkeit, sich für 30 Minuten für ein ruhiges Telefonat zurückzuziehen. Die Bitte, 30 Minuten ein leer stehendes Konferenzzimmer für eine VC verwenden zu dürfen, wurde von der GM verweigert. Dafür sollte ich zusätzlich £25 bezahlen (wohlgemerkt ohne Conference Service o.ä.)."

Unfortunately we did not get the booked family room because of a leak in the bathroom. We received 2 rooms instead - fine with us.

"Eigentlich haben wir mehr erwartet für ein Hilton Hotel. Der Zimmerservice (Reinigung) war sehr fehlerhaft. Badetücher nur 1 Tuch, Tee nicht nachgefüllt. Das Restaurant war am ersten Abend enttäuschend. Das Haus bräuchte erteas mehr Herz. Das Personal sah vieles nicht, wir haben 2 motivierte Angestellte in den 3 Übernachtungen getroffen, die haben den Aufenthalt dann etwas besser gemacht. Das possitive war die Lage und der Roomservice (Essen) der war sehr gut und schnell. "
