Families love staying at Waterside & Cape Panwa because of its peaceful surroundings, exquisite ocean views, and closeness to nature, where they can enjoy the sun, wind, beach, sea and great weather.
They love the spaciousness and privacy of our place. There is plenty of open spaces inside and outside the house for children to play in nature.
Most of our guests are families with kids who usually have visited Phuket before, and are looking to explore other parts of Phuket. They stumble across Cape Panwa and end up loving it.
Nearest convenience store, 7/11, is 5 minutes drive away. Big supermarkets such as Tops and Big C are 20 minutes drive to town. Few restaurants are within 10 minutes walk away. It is strongly advisable to have a car.
Our property requires some walking up and down stair cases. From car park, you have to walk up a flight of stairs to the unit. There are 2 stories inside the unit. Living, Dining, and 1 bedroom are on the 1st floor and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. To reach swimming pool and beach, it is also required to walk 3 flights of stairs down.
BEACH - beachfront to Ao Yon beach where you can have nice stroll along the beach. A short drive to several other beautiful beaches

POOL - a lovely 40m rectangle salt water pool directly on the beach.

COMFY KING SIZE BEDS AND EN-SUITE BATHROOMS - enjoy privacy in large and spacious bedrooms, each room also has seating areas and working space. PHUKET TOWN & ACTIVITIES - Driving distance (15 to 20 mins) to Phuket town and Central Festival shopping mall, where you can find lots of restaurants, shopping, bars and activity.
WORK FROM HOME (or should I say Work-From-Beach :P) - Remote work and workcation friendly Be productive on your vacation. This space is set up for the remote worker and digital nomads. A relaxed and energized team is most productive. Come to quiet Cape Panwa for a month long workation getaway and work during the day then relax by the pool and sunset in the evenings. The space has: >Work desks and sofas in every room for private and focused work >A large dining table where up to 6 can sit comfortably, meant for a team to sit around and work and collaborate
THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING - (i) Note that the swimming pool is three flights of stairs down at the beach level. (ii) The unit is in the second floor with one flight of stairs. There is no lift / elevator (iii) You can swim in the sea in front of the property only during high tide which usually happens once or twice a day in the morning and late afternoon (depending on the seasons). You can’t swim during low tide since there are rocks and stones being surfaced. Snorkel is not good at this location. A better place to swim nearby is to drive 5 minutes to Ao Yon beach. (iv) Please note that we are in a community where neighbours live and work, so we appreciate if you can be quiet during quiet hours (10pm to 7pm), and be considerate during the days times especially with regards to noise. Please do not book if you want to party (not allowed) or expect to have high noise levels

LAUNDRY washer and dryer with detergent are provided.
LONGER STAYS Monthly stays or longer welcomed. Please send us a message to inquire. For stays over 28 days, we tenants sign a lease agreement. Tenant pays their own water and utility bill.
MAINTENANCE Please note this is a residential compound, and once in a while we have regular maintenance a few times a year by either the compound or the government, i.e. water, and electricity, which is paused for a short time for maintenance, but normally not a big disruption. When you book, you agree to have such maintenance.
Although we will try our best not to enter the house during your stay unless it is absolutely necessary. However, if there are maintenance or emergencies requiring us to enter, we will do so and give you advanced notice and you agree to allow us to do so
VERY IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: Since this is a condominium with many families with kids, our neighbors are generally very sensitive to noise. So, please keep it respectful and keep the noise levels down, and try not to attract much attention.
1) Quiet Hours - 10pm to 7am (No parties) - The designated quiet hours for our compound is between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please minimize noise especially during the quiet hours. - Our neighbors greatly value a peaceful environment, and it's essential that we all contribute to maintaining a tranquil atmosphere. - We kindly request your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum during these specified hours. - If you are still up after 10pm, we would appreciate if you could go into the house, and close the balcony door and windows to minimize noise leakage outside.
2) No smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited, with fines imposed by our condominium management, which has security cameras. - If you would like to smoke, please do it OUTSIDE the edges of the condominium compound, such as on the beach beyond the gate, or across the street after the parking lot.
3) Garbage - throw it in the bins, don’t leave in hallways Please do not leave garbage outside in the hallways. Throw them in the bins outside in front of the security guard house, or in the bins next to the office.
4) Towels - don’t hang on balcony rails Please do not hang towels on the balcony rails, as this is against the condominium’s rules
5) Belongings Do not leave anything in the common areas (hallways, swimming pool, etc). Please take them back into the house. Our condominium imposes a fine.
Violation of the no smoking and quiet time policy will result to the following penalties: -Smoking - A minimum of 10,000 THB penalty is imposed to those who will violate this policy. -Quiet time - loud noises that causes disturbance will have a penalty of 5,000 THB per violation.
