Nicht entsprechend der Erwartungen
Die Zimmer sind wirklich schick, groß und sauber. Leider ist es bis dort noch nicht durchgedrungen, dass Menschen aus anderen Ländern sich zumindest auch Englisch informieren wollen. EINE EINZIGE Person in diesem Hotel verstand zumindest einigermaßen einige Grundbegriffe. Ansonsten noch nicht mal das Wort Taxi! Bis zum Einkaufscenter sind es zu Fuß grad mal 5 Minuten, man beachte aber die Gefahr auf den Straßen vor der Tür (viiiiil Verkehr!). Außer diesem Center ist in der Nähe aber nichts, wirklich rein gar nichts. Taxi für 500 Baht bringt einen dann zumindest an belebtere Orte. Alles in Einem nicht der Urlaub, den man sich erhofft. Schade.

Laut und dezentral
Wie reisen seit nun mehr 2 Wochen durch Thailand und buchen unsere Hotels immer recht kurzfristig über Expedia, was immer hervorragend klappt und gestützt durch die Kundenbeurteilungen finden wir meist auch Hotels, die ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis haben. Jetzt zu diesem Hotel: das Frühstück ist ok aber trotzdem das schlechteste, das wir bis jetzt hatten. Die Sauberkeit ist soweit gegeben, die dusche haben wir allerdings nur mit Flip-Flops betreten wollen. die Lage am Rande der Stadt quasi auf einer großen Verkehrsinsel, die keinen Bürgersteig bereithält und jede Straßenüberquerung zu einem abenteuer macht, konnte nur noch getoppt werden vonn der Baustelle neben dem Hotel. Ich habe probiert beides auf Fotos festzuhalten... natürlich ist die Baustelle nur temporär, dennnoch soll sie nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Meine Empfehlung für Phuket ist entweder ein Hotel richtig in der Stadt ohne vorher 20min Fußweg zuhaben oder direkt an einen der Strände.

Clean and simple hotel. We stayed in several hotels in the area and for the price this one was quite accommodating and well located. The only cons are: you hear everything in your hallways, can’t keep the room cold with out leaving your key inserted.(it takes quite a while to cool the room down when you get back for the day) and the pool is quite gross a lot of things floating in it and the surface shows a lot of oils floating. We didn’t see it cleaned once in 10 days.

The staff were good. However on our last night, the people who were staying next to our room were making so much noise at 2am in the morning. I even went to complain but nothing was resolved and eventually I fell asleep only because I was tired. I was also disappointed with the gym facilities and the fact that the swimming pool was not deep enough.

Hotel is okay... Problem with the air conditioner was sorted very quickly and we were given an upgraded room. Showers were a bit weird with the flow and heat/cold. Catching a bus opposite central gets you to Patong Beach for 30 baht. Shopping is walking distance. All good.

NOISY: Annoying beeping doors and group tours
One complaint. This group caters to big group tours. So the hotel is overrun by this specific type of tourist. So the other guests are very loud, going in and out of each other's room, yelling across the hall. So if you wanna peaceful stay, this is not the place for you. And they need to do something about the DOORS. The doors don't close on their own - you need to yank them yourself. If the door is not fully closed, there is an annoying, incessant beeping that will go on forever until you yank the door shut. The group tours don't know this, so every day, almost all day, the "beep-beep-beep-beep" goes on and on and on, driving you crazy! Oh the wifi is terrible.

Nice Hotel close to central festival mall
Nice friendly staff, room is alright to me, from hotel to central festival mall is just 15mins away. Hotel provide shuttle service to central festival mall. All is good except for the wifi. Wifi is hard to connect. Also wifi signal is not good in room. Hopefully they will work on it.

쇼핑몰에 가깝고 태워주기까지 함.
장점은 푸켓페스티벌쇼핑몰과 가깝고 요청하면 태워주고 전화주면 픽업까지 해줌. 단 너무 저렴한 방을 하면 옆건물로 이동하니 방을 잘 골라야 함. 저렴한 방은 테라스가 있어서 흡연가한테는 추천함. 냄새에 민감한 비흡연가한테는 운이 나쁘면 담배냄새나는 방이 배정될 수도 있음. 공항가는 버스가 쇼핑몰 거리쪽에 있다고 함. 버스터미널1까지는 파란 버스(호텔 앞쪽 큰사거리에서 다운타운방향으로 정류장이 없어서 손을 흔들면 세워줌)를 타고 종착지에서 쫌 걸어가야 함. 버스터미널2까지는 택시를 타고 가야 되는데 그랩이 없으면 흥정을 잘 해야됨.

我在網上訂購與實質有很大偏差，因為我們有7個人，要加床收費要收一間房價，因該酒店當日fully book,未能提供多一間房間，此酒店入住率大多是中國旅客，所以下次都不會選擇此類酒店，為一好的是此酒店有shuttle bus,可隨時接送附近的商場

음....전 허니문스윗에서 숙박 했어요. 일단 인테리어는 굉장히 만족했지만요 커피포트에서 녹이 나와서 이용하지 못했고 물은 온도가 오락가락 해서 씻을때 힘들었구요. 굉장히 습한데 에어컨이 천정형이지만 낡고 먼지가 너무많아서 계속 틀고있다간 기관지 안좋아질것 같아서 껐다켰다를 반복했어요 직원들은 영어가 잘 안됩니다. 가격대비 그럭저럭 입니다

looks the part but falls short
main reason for staying was because it had a balcony room, which we did not receive. staff were scarce, breakfast was less than average, could not supply or make an effort to get a taxi, the only good thing I can say, is that the bed was very comfortable and the pool was very nice.

New Clean Spacious Hotel but poor WIFI and ave svc
A new hotel, room is spacious and clean. I had the impression that hotel was to meant more for PRC tourists. Front desk speaks Chinese though I indicated to speak English. Some hotel service staff seems unfriendly unlike other hotels I had stayed. probably they thought we are one of those uncouth Chinese from PRC. Wifi is bad requiring auto-reconnections many times. Would not recommend to anybody who needs to be connected within a blink.

Looking at the reviews and on-line I really thought this place was going to be cool and hip. It was neither. We got there late and there were a bunch of loud chinese tourists and the process of getting to the room was a pain and a cockroach was about to climb up my leg before my sister stomped on my shoe to kill it. My cousin had checked in prior and it took us almost 35 minutes to just get the ok to go up to the room. It would have been faster to have him just come and get us in the lobby. Then when we got to building of the room he was in, security didn't have the key so we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to go back to the front desk and get it. When we finally got there the room looked nothing like what it did online, it was cheap and super hot! We had to call the front desk 4 different times for service on various things and it was just a pain to get what we wanted. It was a super noisy room do to the street it is on and the chinese tourist were loud and obnoxious and spit everywhere something I am not attracted to. I would find another hotel in the area you can do better for the amount you pay. Thank GOD we were only there for 1 night.

Отель сделал апгрейд номера. Мы жили в отремонтированном корпусе, запах стройматериалов все еще чувствуется, но не слишком сильный. Трансфер до ТЦ фестиваль организовывали без проблем: ездили и на машине, и на тук-туке. Завтрак вполне нормальный, если останавливаться на день-два. Отель хороший для шоппинга.

Good hotel for Working Visit in Phuket
Very stylish and chic hotel. As it is new, the room and public areas are very well maintained and clean. Staff ability to serve and interact with guests can be improved. Overall, my stay was good and I will definitely stay here again on my next working trip to Phuket.

The room and facilities are new but it is quite dusty due to nearby construction. We are not satisfied with the staff / management service who arrange the transportation for us with a very over price rate. They offer us 600Baht but We found out it was only 200B when we walk out to a nearby street for a cab.

Bad service from a new hotel
Overall, my stay in this hotel was relaxing except for the service where I may have second thoughts in choosing this hotel if I visit Phuket again. I took the free shuttle to the shopping center and the staff informed me the time he will come and pick me up. I had waited for nearly half an hour but the staff did not turn up. I took a cab back to the hotel and immediately went to the reception. The receptionist told me that they are short-handed and thus unable to pick me up. I found such service is so unprofessional and had told them off.

客房：這是一間充滿喜樂的客房，每個角落也充滿色彩。很整潔，每當回來房間總是還原得一層不染。 酒店：位置方便，向左行二公里就是週末夜市，向右行一公里就是購物中心、超大型超市…… 缺點：酒店在大馬路口，四周是工地及修路。出入要小心。

not bad if you are not a beach person
It is a hotel that is pretty close to the weekend night market and central festival shopping. Also they provide shuttle service to these places too.

Some quick notes to mention. Bar staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were the opposite. On a number of occasions we requested simple things like to book a taxi or try to organise trips and they seemed unwilling and were unable to book anything and just told us to go to the shopping centre and book it there. Food was cheap and very basic. Location is terrible and transport (by taxi mainly) is very expensive. The shopping centre near by was a life saver for food and activities/shopping as travel was so expensive. Room was lovely and clean. Pool area was also very nice and well kept.
