Good sitting out area overlooking the view Included Buggy very useful As previous reviewee property and amenities a bit tired and in need of updating which we were ensured was gradually being done. Pool area also jaded but water very clean and warm even if the bottom was not cleaned often enough by corporate body. „Poinciana 101 has such amazing views from the balcony, when you walk into the apartment it is very clean and tidy with everything you need including beach toys for the kids!! We were very happy and comfortable and so glad we booked this apartment. Definitely recommended it to anyone who is wanting a great location and view! “

„Very comfortable, clean, incredibly easy to communicate with. Drop and pick up staff was very helpful, and informative and super prompt. Water pressure in shower was awesome, bed and pillows was my loss of one star. Flat pillows. Over 4.9 stars. Loved everything. “

„Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer. Have a late check out because a late flight. I will stay here again.“

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Reef View Hotel. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very pleasant. The welcome at reception was excellent and the hotel and surrounding area were very well explained to us. The rooms are very large and we had a great sea view from the 10th floor. A small negative aspect is that the rooms are a bit dated and you can see this in one or two places. A renovation is necessary from our point of view. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection. The choice of excursions is also very varied, but sometimes also very expensive. A big plus point is the free rental of non-motorized water sports. All in all, we liked the Reef View Hotel very much and would definitely come back again. "
