Buffalo Beach Escape is a fantastic large home that sleeps up to 14 people. The home is perfect for two families or a large family that likes to holiday together. Or maybe you have a group of friends who like to go away together. Split over three levels there is plenty of room for everyone. The lower floor has three bedrooms, one has two single beds, one has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a king bed and a kitchenette, with an oven and a fridge. There is a small living area with a couch, table and TV. There is a bathroom, toilet and washing machine on this level. The bottom level also has a fantastic games room with a pool table, a large TV and a bar. A great space to spend an evening unwinding. It opens out onto a deck, perfect for sunbathing. Head up to the next floor where there are three bedrooms. One room has a king bed & a single with a trundler bed. There is also a TV in this room. Room two has a queen bed and the third has a single bed and a cot. The bathroom on this level has a shower and a bath. You will find the lounge is a bright comfortable space with a smart TV. The dining table has seating for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Off the kitchen is a cosy spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take some time to read the paper. Open the bifold doors in the lounge and head out onto the large deck. Here you will find the gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. Up on the top level, there is one bedroom with a king bed and a large TV. Off the bedroom is a balcony with a peek of the water. This level also has an office space with an HP universal station. A warm-covered sundeck is a great space to read a book or enjoy an afternoon nap. All the rooms have heaters and fans and the middle level has a heat pump. The home is a short walk into town and within walking distance to The Lost Spring Thermal Pools which is not to be missed!

There is plenty of space for cars to park and room to bring the boat. There is a fish filleting bench so after a day's fishing you can prepare the fish for tea. Pets may be welcome on request and there will be a small charge.

Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula. It is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries whether it's a pie and donut, or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage. There are plenty of options. There is plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies, an awesome skatepark and kids' playground, and of course, there is the Mercury Bay Museum. For the adults, a trip to the Lost Springs Thermal Spa and Hot Pools is a great way to while away a couple of hours relaxing in tropical surroundings. If you make your way to the wharf you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing & take a walk over to Front Beach. Tour boats also leave from the wharf which can show you around the area and stop off close to Cathedral Cove within the Marine Reserve and watch the fish, go for a snorkel, or take a cave tour. If fishing is your idea of a good time there are plenty of Charters that can take you out. Or you could take a drive out to Hahei or Hot Water Beach.
