Schon bei der Ankunft mussten wir die schweren Koffer in den O.G. schleppen. Kein Lift. Im zimmer starker Farbgeruch, Boden voller Farbreste, Zimmer war kalt, eine Regelung am Thermostat nicht moeglich. Kaffeemachine funktioniert nicht. Keine Tassen, mussten an der Rezeption welche holen. Und am wichtigsten, keine Sitzgelegenheit!! Mussten alle Schreibarbeiten im stehen machen!

Zentrale Notunterkunft
Ich bin in den letzten 21 Jahren 15 mal hier abgestiegen, nach Inhaber und Personalwechsel ist es schlecht geworden! Kühlschrank war noch mit Lebensmitteln des letzten Gastes befüllt. Badezimmer nicht sauber und keine Schilder ( Bitte nicht Stören) vorhanden. Bei Verlängerung um einen Tag wollte das Team einen doppelten Preis pro Nacht für den Raum haben . Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste im Vergleich mit umliegenden Hotels. Grüße WP

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in Whitehorse.
Das Interieur ist nicht ganz taufrisch und macht einen abgenutzten Eindruck. Die Sauberkeit lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal macht keinen sehr motivierten Eindruck und das Restaurant unter chinesische Führung ist nicht zu empfehlen. Aber preiswert und wegen der zentralen Lage im Zentrum von Whitehorse akzeptabel.

It was very dirty. I asked for rooms next to each other when making reservations and that didn’t happen at time of checkin. The room only had 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights. The outside appearance of the hotel for not inviting. When we walked out the front door one morning the hinge fell off and the door almost hit one of our parties. Luckily it was someone strong to hold it up. He had to help temporarily fix it for the front desk person. I would never stay here again or recommit at all.

I ended up checking out about 15 minutes after checking in. My door didn’t latch all the way and the hotel had a strong odor of weed and cigarettes.The are was really sketchy and unsafe. If traveling alone, I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to stay but it's for sleeping. No real luxury's are provided but not needed as the beds are comfortable and location is great, walk to what you need, i.e. dining, shopping or other. As for value, yoiu can't beat it. The Sushi place, Sushiman, is a bonus, top notch, indoor and great selection. Perfect complement . Additional shout out to Burnt Toast cafe....breakfast is great and it's around the corner, sort of.

I checked in around 4 just to walk out and get another hotel. This place was very dirty and disgusting when I walked in, I went to see the bathroom, eye lash extension and hair on the sink and bath had some hairs and dirty water saved up and worst of all the toilet see had pee on it. The bed was rocked hard and dirty with stains and hairs the room looked like it wasn’t even swept. Expedia called the management to see if I can get a refund and they said no because I have been check in more than a hour even tho it was less than 10 min before I walked out very disgusting do not go here. They can keep my payment I guess and use it to fix the place up I wish I can leave a negative rating.

I had the right expectations when I arrived, I got what I paid for. The beds were clean and everything else was dirty. I can tell that underneath the bed hasnt had eyes on in a very long time. But I wasn’t surprised, bc i booked the cheapest room I can find so I can sleep 6 hrs. Had my wife been traveling with me, would be grounds for an argument. Luckily, im rolling solo. The staff was nice and some of the other guest were sketchy. The price for the room was perfect.

It's an older property, which is what it is, but it's also very dirty. The baseboards and walls are were so disgusting in the room, particulaly the bathroom, I actually washed them in the bathroom, along with cleaning the shower before getting in. Also, the little baskets with toiletries, the toilet surround and around the toilet screws that hold the seat on were covered in old urine. If we hadn't prepaid, we would not have stayed there. The staff need to be trained, because they actually made the effort to clean our room. The front desk girls were not very pleasant, but they weren't rude either. Still, for a hospitality job, it would be nice to receive a smile at least when checking in. We had a really nice view of the river, but the window sills were so gross, we also wiped those down before being able to enjoy the view. It's a shame, because this place has real potential. The location is good and our room was quite spacious and comfortable. The river view is very pleasant too. And as for the lobbby, it looks more like a community center than a hotel entrance. Overall, we would not recommend this place and we would not stay there again. One more thing to note, it is supposed to be non-smoking, but that rule is definitely not enforced.

It is located near the river and closed tour attraction. This motel is old so it needs some renovation. I think this inn keeps historical story. Every staff is very kind. Thank you!
