Construction workers will be present onsite during this time. Construction-related noise and odours are expected and may affect surrounding units. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect these ongoing projects.



Property Wide Fire System & Alarm Testing - November 2 to 4, 2026: During this time there will be intermittent beeping and alarms going off in the building; access to all units will be required for a short period of time.
