Sitting mere feet from the Black Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Blackcomb Peak! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary shuttle that will bring you to the best attractions in the area. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on Whistler or Blackcomb trails. Important onsite construction notice: Please note there will be ongoing construction at the Aspens Fall 2026. This will primarily effect the front entrance loop and the breezeway. Noise and smells associated with the projects are expected and will affect the surrounding units. Rental prices have been revised to reflect these projects.
