Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary city bus #5 that will bring you right to the base of each mountain, and back again. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on mountain trails.

Important Onsite Construction Notice: Please be advised that ongoing construction projects will take place at The Aspens throughout Fall 2026. The work will primarily affect the front entrance loop and breezeway; however, additional projects may occur throughout the property without prior announcement. Construction workers will be present onsite during this time. Construction-related noise and odours are expected and may affect surrounding units. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect these ongoing projects.



Property Wide Fire System & Alarm Testing - November 2 to 4, 2026: During this time there will be intermittent beeping and alarms going off in the building; access to all units will be required for a short period of time.
