The space
Set within the Nicklaus North Golf Course community, this lakefront condo blends scenic tranquility with easy access to Whistler Village just five minutes away. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, while the two bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides for added privacy. An indoor fireplace anchors the living space, and a dedicated workspace allows you to stay connected with Wifi if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
