Only one parking spot per unit. The resort cannot accommodate storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.

The third floor is ground level due to the resort being on a cliffside, and the first floor is down two flights of stairs. The first and second-floor suites may have views obstructed by trees.
This resort is a shared-use property. Other associations may allow for different rules. Please follow all guidelines outlined for your club.
The resort has no pool. The hot tub is located on the second floor and is open from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted hot tub signage for more information.

Winter tires or chains required on Sea to Sky Highway (Horseshoe Bay-Whistler) from October 1 to March 31. Tires must have M+S or mountain/snowflake symbol.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
Please note that the property is located with upper and lower-level floors with no lift access.
